On Saturday, simultaneous, with the fourth week of Iranian people’s protests against the murder of ZHina (Mahsa) Amini, most of Iran witnessed strikes and demonstrations. Slogans became more radical and youths controlled the streets in many cities and forced the security forces to retreat.

In Tehran, large gatherings were held in most areas of the city. Especially in Nazi Abad area where thousands of people gathered and forced the security forces to retreat.

Images from the cities of Isfahan, Mashhad, Shiraz, Rasht, Arak, Khorramabad, Kashan, Kermanshah, Sanandaj, Bukan, Marivan, Mahabad, Saqqez, and Javanrud indicated that large gatherings were held in these cities.

The slogans were directly against Ali Khamenei, the religious leader of Iran, slogans that were a precedent and sometimes mixed with expletives and insults. These slogans cross all the red lines of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In the city of Sanandaj, the capital of Kurdistan province, where protests have been going on since the beginning of the protests on September 16, the demonstrations were violently suppressed by the security forces on Saturday.

According to the latest news received, at least 6 people have been killed in the protests of this city.

One of the people who was killed in this city was Dariush Alizadeh. His family announced in a statement: “Don’t give us condolences, continue the revolution.”

According to the latest statistics of the Iranian Human Rights Organization, at least 185 people have been killed since the beginning of the protests. Half of them were killed in the protests of Sistan and Baluchistan.
