Iqbal Moradi

Iqbal Moradi, a political activist and a member of the board of directors of the Kurdistan Human Rights Association, was assassinated four years ago by Iranian-affiliated forces in the city of Panjvin in the Sulaymaniyah province of Iraqi Kurdistan.

In 2018, only 40 days after the assassination of Iqbal Moradi, his son Zaniar Moradi was executed in Karaj prison.

So far, more than 300 Iranian Kurdish political and civil activists have been assassinated in Iraqi Kurdistan.

چەندین جار لە چالاکی و گردبوونەوە دژ بە لەسێدارەدان و بۆ پاڵپشتی لە زیندانیانی سیاسی و پرسەکانی پەیوەست بە رۆژهەڵات ئەو مرۆڤە هێژایەم بینیبوو.

جارێکیان لە ساڵی 2011 سەرقاڵی ئامادەکاری بووین بۆ چالاکییەک لە دژی سزای لە سێدارەدان، ئامادەکارییەکان زۆری خایاند و شەو بەسەردا هات، کاک ئیقباڵ بەو درەنگانی شەوە دەیویست لە سلێمانییەوە بگەڕێتەوە بۆ پێنجوێن، لەگەڵ ئەو دۆستانەی لەوێ بوون زۆر هەوڵماندا کە پاشگەزی بکەینەوە، چونکە نەک هەر ماوەیەکی کەم بەسەر رزگاربوونی لە هەوڵێکی تیرۆرکردن دەرباز ببوو، بەڵکوو هەڕەشەکانیش لە لایەن هێزە ئەمنییەکانی ئێرانەوە لەسەر ژیانی بەردەوام بوون.

هەوڵەکانمان بێ سوود بوون و هەر بەو درەنگانی شەوە گەڕایەوە، بەوەش هێندەی تر وەک مرۆڤێکی بوێر، ئازا و گیان لەسەردەست خۆشەویستی و رێزی ئەو مرۆڤە تێکۆشەرە لەلام زیادبوو.

بە هەموو کەس ناکرێت، بەم جۆرە و بێ سڵکردنەوە بەرەوپیری مەرگ چوون.

بەداخەوە کۆماری ئیسلامی هەر بە تیرۆرکردنی ئەو نەوەستایەوە و نزیکە 40 رۆژ دواتر زانیار مورادی کوڕی و لوقمانی برازای لە سێدارەدان.
