Mohammad Moradi, a resident of Qobar Hossein village in Piranshahr , was sentenced by the Revolutionary Court of the Iranian government in Mahabad to 15 years in exile in a city in Zanjan province on charges of “moharebeh through membership in an opposition Kurdish opposition party.”
It is worth mentioning that, on March 6, he was summoned to Naghdeh to serve his sentence in the Iranian government prison, and this sentence was officially notified to him.
It should be noted that Mohammad Moradi was previously a member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran (KDP) and was arrested by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards after leaving the party and returning by security forces.

On May 15, an Iranian court in Mahabad sentenced him to 40 years in prison and deportation to the government prison in Urmia on charges of “war” through membership in a Kurdish party, and to 15 years in exile in the city of Zanjan on appeal.
